    The first 5 seconds tell you whether something is built by someone who cares. I optimize for that signal.

    I’d rather ship a small thing today and learn than design a perfect thing for a month and not.

    Behind every feature is a graph of states, costs, and tradeoffs. I draw it before I write it.

    Type sizes, transitions, copy, error states. The 1% that nobody asks for but everyone feels.

    AI-native workflows

    LLMs aren’t a feature, they’re a substrate. I design loops where users get smarter with the product, not just from it.
